"I hd liked working with many of the people. However, there has been a mass exodus from the college due to many of the new Administration."

"Be able to move very slowly in all cases when trying to make any decision at all."

"I have been held back and not really backed by superiors over the years. There is always talk of how good I do my job,but I have not getten the actual physical backing I would like to have."

"Allow your people that work in the field and know the product and people the leverage to do their job."

"Economic uncertainty. Oftentimes the hours spilled onto the weekend, even onto Sundays."

"Location. This property was in South Dallas and the crime was quite high."

"This company separates functions at the corporate level, causing staff to report to several people. Not a great flow."

"no longer there, lack of follow through with advancement possibilities"

"Follow through with field staff and make them feel a part of the whole"

"I enjoyed the people I worked with, and the office was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections."

"You should research as much as you can about the company, its current activities, chairman, board of directors, CEO, the person you are meeting, products, services, markets, competitors, trends, and priorities. Use the Internet, it is the mother of all resources. Last but not least, have a firm handshake and think and stay positive during the interview."
What don't you like about working at Penn-Florida?
"I like my current position and have acquired and developed a great many skills, but I'm now ready for a new set of challenges and greater responsibilities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Even a good manager cannot work well with staff or volunteers if the workers are confused about what they should be doing. I would offer to Management to be proactive managers, and improve employee relations through clear job roles and responsibilities."
