"Extremely political atmosphere. Disproportionate work load. Upper management extremely disorganized."

"Show appreciation for staff. Seek input from staff. Make efforts toward establishing a sense of teamwork."

"Very little growth, very littele opportunity to help in training of staff."

"We need to plan and budget capitol projects at the beginning of the year with more willingness to invest funds for improvements in order to maintain the community's image and retention rate."

"Be professional, Polite, Honest, and Confident. this company is ran by people with integrity and they wont hire people that don't operate the same way."

"The main thing I don't like about this company is that they don't really have opportunities for growth at the moment."

"convince the owners to invest more in Tulsa so they can pay more"

"again small company there ae only 3 of us at the moment and its also family owned"

"Its hard working in anenviroment where responsibilities and expectations are extreamly high and ever changing. its hard to feel like your doing well when you always feel like your behind because what you need to do is constantly piling up before you can finish what you already have in front of you"

"my company is a small business that handles multiple things and I run only one dept so I'm not sure how to answer that question"

"They paid me, a little. There was also a nice view of a vacant field from my window."

"Be sure to emphasize that money is your only motivating factor and express strong interest in what you, personally, will gain in exact dollars."

"The corporate office is staffed by catty women and it is a snake pit of narcissistic personalities. Their disdain for their employees and their customers borders on hostility, and some of their labor practices are questionably legal at best."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Maintain appreciation for the fact that the guests are the reason for the industry, and treat them as guests, not an irritating burden. Also, I would treat the employees like respectable human beings with free will and lives of their own, rather than ignorant indentured servant/slaves."

"I worked there for 45 years so there were things but I moved past all to work for this company."

"I was the manager in many positions and tried hard to listen to the needs of all at the same time I had to do what was best for the company."
