"Work/life balance is terrible, the average Property Specialist/Leasing Consultant will work 6 days a week and 48 hours a week in office with no telecommuting options. Very easy to get burned out. Compensation: There are 70 sales persons working for the company. 4 make over 60K/year. The average hard working employee makes about 24K a year. Commission checks are able to be reversed. Job security/advancement - job is secure but there is almost no advancement opportunities other than a higher commission rate. Company keeps 80% of your commission."
