"This was a one year assignment. I didn't really get the chance to really get to know the company that well."

"Be ready to be interviewed by a panel. Every question was given a number rating and that's how decisions were made to hire."

"The only way to get in at the Government was to know someone. I personally didn't but worked very hard to get hired."

"Management is friendly but will not hesitate to let you go, if they feel you do not fit the bill and will not think about were else you may fit in the company. However, it is a small company learning how to grow, with great people where you can learn a lot about SharePoint."

"Very hard to get responses from management; they expected 90% billable time from project managers, but did not have enough PM time in projects nor enough clients to cover this."

"improve our internet site; improve training and documentation; build up the Chicago office"

"I was a part of a team that took Sears Outlet Stores online and I was there from the start. I saw the revenue jumping up from $10k to $120k as day."
