"Our main office was located in San Jos, CA, but out of the 4 yrs I worked for them, I spent maybe 2 months in that office. I liked meeting & working with our clients at their locations, because I didn't have to deal with pointless internal office politics. I had no boss in each location, I was the boss. I was fortunate to have superiors who trusted my actions and abilities to bring in each project making a profit for the company"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Nothing that I can think of off hand. If nothing else, I'd remind potential employees to be honest about their work experience and skills.. Lying and/or embellishing a person's work history always comes back to bite you."
What don't you like about working at Fidelity Technologies Corp.?
"There was some internal office politics at our main office, I was grateful I didn't have to deal with it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. The VP (now retired) whom I worked for, trusted his Project Managers to do what was best for our company."

What do you like about working at Ultimate Realm of Serenity?
"I helped build the place from the ground up so I take great pride in that fact. We built a great business with a great goal and executed it very well."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They generally hire contract workers so just be very good at what you do."
What don't you like about working at Ultimate Realm of Serenity?
"The personal relationship I had with the co owner left a lot to be desired."

"More marketing in and around the PTA of the community."

"colleagues are the saving grace of an otherwise oppressive environment of out of touch management. Free education"

"Demand 2 weeks vacation. Ask for highest possible salary..otherwise you will never get raises that meet it."

"Motto: Work harder..not smarter. If you are seen reading a book on lunch break then you must not have enough work to do."

"Fire yourselves. Your egos are not matched by your knowledge or business abilities. You have a plethora of business courses..take one and learn your obvious mistakes. Your employees see them...why can't you"

"Some good, technical savvy people and fairly advanced technology that are fun to work with"

"It's government - expect a long, drawn out process, and other internal candidates to get priority"

"Bureaucracy, a lot of deadwood (people adding to their pension prior to retiring), disconnection between senior executive expectations and capability to deliver with a severe shortage of resources"

"Listen to your staff and experts, and take seriously the comments you have received in the employee surveys"

"I have nothing negative about this company as it is a good company to work for."

"New to working closer with the field projects and more staffing in the filed."

"They have an excellent benefits package , and promote a balance of work and life. They are local which made the work commute very desirable. The teams I worked with were positive, cohesive and pro-active."

"This is a great company to work for, be positive and look toward the future, Amgen will be a part of the future of Big Pharma."
What don't you like about working at Amgen?
"Many times management had to approve steps in process improvement, that should have been given to the employees to discuss and approve."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion would be to empower the employees to see a vision for process improvements, make a business plan, present it, then implement, with very little management oversite."

"As fun as it looks, it's very difficult to understand what the focus is."
What do you like about working at Chitika?
"The amount of work they are putting into creating a very Google like environment in the middle of nowhere in Boston and pampering their employees with all the perks and no real hierarchy attitude, very transparent and very easy to talk to your C levels."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Depends on what kind of a player you are. If you're an A+, you might not be in the right spot. If you're good at coding and just looking to work in a cool fun environment and lots of perks, days do get by at Chitika. However, don't expect any promotions, bonuses or so. It's a pretty flat and non-incentivized structure."
What don't you like about working at Chitika?
"No structure in the fear of losing the current employees, no hierarchy which is very crucial in knowing what your next career steps are.. and for a technology company, Chitika is probably the one that still is struggling to come up with one distinct product to market- we have at least a dozen and we clearly don't know what to make out of them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Define what products you have and what vision you want to have in the next 5 years for those. Eliminate the ones you won't even bring back to the table and don't even mention them again. If you're dedicating your resources to different projects, make sure you are actually %100 invested in those. Other wise, it is a dying project left to suffer with a lot of smart people dedicated to it. Lastly, if you are a tech company, get the best players out there and build your products so well that you wont even need a BizDev team to back it up with half an hour of conversation. Good products sell themselves, if you're Dir of BD is still struggling to make a case for who the company is and what they do after 10 years, there is definitely something wrong there."

"The cyclical nature of our construction industry forces upper management to sometimes lay off key personel despite their high level of competence."

"Offer alternative options including part toime work, 70% salary, until opprtunities return"
