"You have to have some pretty thick skin to deal with the hostile environment."

"It was a hostile environment for the start, it was dirty and their was no respect top down."

"Take some MBA classes and maybe a few ethics courses to get employees to work for you not against you."

"Despite the high stress environment, there is a good pool of talented people there who are pleasant and competent. There is, however, a critical deficit of resources for training and development of new personnel."

"It is a very cutthroat environment, beneath a veneer of genuine camaraderie. If you are okay with that type of workplace, then move forward with applying to work there."

"The culture of the company, especially my department, rewards aggressive demeanor and disrupts the sense of team cohesiveness."

"I would provide a corporate presence and a human resources officer on premises. The lack of an on-site vice president decision maker hurts operations and management efficiency."

"In this roll, nothing. This was an awesome job. Too bad for the major restructuring that moved these rolls to Taiwan."

"I end up being competitive and randomized... too much work to do a great job at everything."

"The ratings curve... it does not build an inclusive and collaborative culture... do something innovative in the management world."

"Think hard and do your research. Speak with current AND former employees, not just HR and hiring manager. Ask the very hard questions. Its your future. Unless you desperately need a paycheck, keep looking for a position elsewhere or it will be a stepping stone as it has been for many."

"No real feedback mechanism to management. Plenty of hats need to be worn in back office operations. No real differentiation from other me too companies in this segment. Leadership needs a COO and a CTO."

"Support a feedback path from employees. Know what is really going on. Managing costs is not eliminating excellent talent. It eliminates long term strategy. That is not investing for growth."

"The only thing I didn't enjoy was the most recent changes and the need to lay off 100 people last year and 10 people this year."

"It is all about cultural fit here. There are some questions that situational focused; however, for the most part it is how your personality meshes with others."

"Release process is not as organized as it should be"
