"The IT department is run very loosely and there is a lack of structure and control caused by management and environment"

"Allow the IT department to control its projects and work and make it a more insular and team environment."

"The company is no longer functioning."

"We were required to work frequent crunch time. The pay wasn't consistent, and near the end nonexistent."

"The company is no longer functioning. I would have preferred scheduling to have been more realistic. However since we were working under contract for other businesses, this is probably not an option."

"All resources I needed were given to me and I was free to learn and apply what I thought made sense. They trusted me throughout that process. I ended up learning a great deal."
What don't you like about working at Aster Engineering?
"Not much collaboration. I was the only Web developer there. And the amount of work did not warrant a full time Web developer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's mostly a moot question since the organization is disbanding. But if it were to carry on, I would suggest they use a freelance Web developer, kept on retainer."
