"They've been trying to consolidate their databases for years. Not sure if they have accomplished that yet, or have the right ppl for the job."

"Be honest. If you're interviewing for a programmer position you'll likely be interviewed by a programmer who knows his stuff."

"Unobtainable deadlines. Switching constantly between technologies while not given any time to get a grasp or training on those technologies. The management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Some employees do work better under pressure. However, other employees work better if they are given a chance to catch up to their deadlines. Realize employees methods may vary."

"The robotics project was and still is my favorite programming project. Writing software for an underwater robot was great fun."

"They had a large layoff and I wish I was not one to be let go. They released around 50% of their people so I understand that it was necessary."
