"My boss, Daniel PanicI was brilliant. He was very friendly and amazingly good at figuring stuff out."

"My boss was the only person I talked to that seemed to know anything about coding."

"Have programmers write code in the interview. Don't hire people for a job that gets held up in the client's legal department for months."

"For a programming position, read up on your C#, specifically multi-threading and graceful exception handling."
