"be very clear which group you are going to and who is the IBU Head. Specially avoid IBU2 and IBU3."

"The Management style is extremely demotivating for sincere performers who do not like to butter the Top Management and MD. The MD is from a Non IT background and most of the Top Management are old ITC MIS Managers, hence no global IT vision etc. Too much politics, less work at Top levels"

"Need a complete overhaul of Top Management team, bringing in leadership from IT industry."

"Lack of direction from Management resulted in lack of new product. Knee jerk reaction by Mgmt to a slow quarter results in the loss of some good employees."

"Sometimes the Company doesnt seem aggressive enough, wants to see reults before the investment and doesnt understand you have to spend money to make money (within reason)"

"The position Iwas hired for is not at all related to what I am doing. There is no appreciation for Human Capital and the company has no upward mobility for me."

"Be willing to work hard and not allow the difficult culture to interfere with your work. Make sure that you have a solid work life balance and do not depend upon the company to provide it or encourage it."

"The culture was poor and my group had no direction or support from upper management. It was difficult to get decisions made on projects and to hold groups accountable for not meeting deadlines."
