"Seems like there was a buddy system between middle and upper management, so some people got what they needed for thier department and others didn't"

"Very micro managed and high demands put out for no compensation. being on call having to be always ready for nipsco business for nothing extra makes us feel taken advantage of badly..."

"listen more to the heart of the company... the ones out here doing the work during the nights and hoildays and offshifts, that have to give up more then the usual person does."

"The ability to lead associates to there ability and potential. The associate and superviosory interaction was respectful but casual and open."

"Be open and honest with your answers even if you are not sure your answer is what they are looking for."

"The least favorable part of my employeement with F and P was the shift hrs. I was a 2nd shift supervisor, so I was very limited to the amout of time I could spend with my family."

"That the management team be better communicators with the off shift supervisors."
