"I really enjoyed working for VALIC and the only reason I left was I was offered a position at Litton Loan."

"To make sure that everyone knows who the upper management is at AIG. I do not know the CEO."

"Upper management needs to be more visible and not just come out when there's a problem"

"The benefits are great and there is a very diverse work force. Medical device manufacturing seems stable and not as impacted by the economy as other industries. Intentions are in the right place. Product helps people."

"Be careful about the politics, things are not always as they seem. It's a good place to work but caution can be your friend."
What don't you like about working at Boston Scientific?
"Way too many politics, and people who aren't qualified get promoted over very qualified people. Who you know is valued more than what you know."

"Company is very top heavy with way too many managers and directors and not enough doers. Need to weed out the redundancy and lean out the corporate management. Also reward more at the lower levels. Would also drive more toward a centered attitude and not be so conservative."

"If you would like an opportunity to work with an established tv production company on high profile projects Bunim Murray is the place to be. You will work hard but will learn a lot about the industry."

"High stress, disorganization and lack of adequate support makes it difficult to feel good about the work that is required. Everything is rushed and feels slapped together."

"Realign the staffing and support of each project to accommodate the changes and growth they have experienced"

"I had a great respect for the products that we built. They were very safety critical and I took great pride in knowing that I was part of insuring that safety."

"Take your position very seriously, follow the work instructions at all times. Imagine that someone in your family was buying a car with this part in it, If you would let your mom or dad use it than you should not built it."
What don't you like about working at JTEKT?
"I understand the need to share information with the employees who count on you to do so and that some information is not to be shared. However, being that I was in the production supervisor position I was privy to the information that was held back and still feel they were not forthcoming enough with the information to the employees."

"Try a more open door policy and be truthful to the employees."

"Humana is a progressive company and I like the direction they're heading."

"Sometimes the office politics can be discouraging. It'a all about who you know."
