"Loved the challenges and pay. Everthing changed hoswever when Hilex Polly bought out Vanguard"

"Cannot really say, when company was bougth out by Hilex was not retained not sure about overall company prespective"

"Company was bought out with no notice and new ownership had their own people in mind and separated old management"

"Let supervisors supervise, stop trying to micro manage all aspects"

"It was close to my house and I liked what I was hired to do."

"Do not plan for a career at Consolidated. It will always be a job that is miserable to go to."

"Six months after working for the company, they fired the second shift supervisor and made me indefinitely responsible for two jobs without more pay."

"Be consistent and fair to your employees. Treat the people how they would like to be treated."

"The hours were outstanding, I worked 3.5 days a week."

"There will be no body interviewing there there almost closed down."

"The company lost a large contract, and laid off several thousand employees."

"To under bid large contracts to keep the jobs at the plant."

"Wonderful company to work for. Really enjoyed my time working there."

"I enjoyed the different people I got to work with and I enjoyed the challenges they gave me. Never was late on a deadline."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Rosetta is a wonderful company to work for. They are a new and upcoming company and if you can get on the bottom floor it would really help your career."
What don't you like about working at Rosetta?
"The supervisor they hired for me was very hard with myself and my employees. I knew him prior before him going to work here but that still did not help."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more careful on hiring people that are friends of friends of management. They take way to much freedom on expressing themselves which can lead to hard feelings through out the company."

"Great people, great atmosphere. Transfering and meeting new people. Great training."

"Know what you want to do and get it in writing before enlisting."

"Going on cruises and being away from my family. Standing watch"

"None really, my management was great for the most part."

"They really seem to care about their people. Compensation packages are pretty good."

"Be honest, but show your competencies. They like to know That you know what you're talking about. Be a flexible not rigid person, you'll be doing alot of things outside your job description."

"There seems to be a lack of overall focus and direction. Everything is a pop-up target, or putting out fires."

"Focus on more cohesiveness within divisions. Have a plan beyond 5 years that helps people focus their efforts and planning."

"What I don't like about working a the company is when I have to lay hard working temps and seasonal workers off."

"This was a great place. Like a family in many ways."

"If you get in there than hang on and don't leave."

"I have no complaints. The hours were rough. But, any night shift is like that."

"Keep letting people do what you hire them to do and keep staying out of thier way. Good job!"

What do you like about working at Stanfast?
"There was always something to do! The company is a printing company. I was the Production Manager which meant I was responsible for the work output of 25 people, and 3 shifts of workers. It definitely kept me busy."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you understand the printing industry very well before you interview."
What don't you like about working at Stanfast?
"We needed to hire a shift supervisor. I needed help and it was difficult finding a good person for that position."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have one supervisor per shift, instead of one overseeing all production."

"that is injection molding and that is my expertise for 25 yrs"

"make sure what is said is in writing, do to they give you more work then what you bargain for"

"no full support and communication issue management from other department want to give feed back on non experience issue"

"I would only advise someone to look at working their if that is the actual industry they want to get in. Don't get fooled by the attractive dollars and opportunities for growth. Their isn't as many options as they say."

"The promises that were made during the interview process that weren't as true once you worked for them."

"Stay away, future growth and expansion is not likely to come for a very long time, if at all."

"The extreme micromanaging and lack of diplomacy. And the ridiculous misalignment of high tech and outdated equipment combinations doesn't make sense."
