What do you like about working at PERKO?
"The people I work with are very hard working people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get the money you want to get from the beginning, otherwise it would take many, many years to get a decent raise."
What don't you like about working at PERKO?
"No room to grow, no compensation for hard working people, the technology and equipment used to do the jobs are about 30 years behind."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Update equipment, and reward their worker based on performance not on how many years they have sit on a desk"

"The floor workers. They know more then the management team."

"Beware!!! Management team are very immature and play favorites. Good money though."

"The inexperienced and untrustworthy leadership team. You can't trust them to back up your decisions."

"They need to resign and think about pursuing more training if they want to be leaders."

"I overall Loved my job it is sad to have been laid off. I loved the multitasking and the diversity I had in responsibilities"

"Be honest about skill set I had to train people that claimed they could do their job to find out they applied for a position they were not well suited for."

"The hourly wages over salary was the only down side to this company. I wouldn't not have left any time soon if it was not for being laid off."

"None besides the salary over hourly was a great JOB"

"Being micro-managed. No positive feed back. No standards when it comes to certain policies, not everyone is treated the same."

"Trust the supervisors to make good decisions. that is what they were hired to do. Treat everyone the same when it comes to company policy."
