"Depending on the position - be sure to fully understand the tasks of the job because so many mid to lower level staff shared their disappointment regarding their ability to effect change and the level of strategic input they would have."

"I found that the long relationship between SWJ and Pizza Hut had its drawbacks. We had clients who were former SWJ employees who side-stepped processes and resisted change. I also found that some senior talent was lacking in courage and vision when it came to developing a vision for the future of client relationships and for the agency as a whole."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe a clear mission statement that's more than lip service would be helpful. A new business strategy is critical as well as a strategy for developing and growing existing client relationships."

"YES, lots of tips ---- #1 - Go & Apply to CSC (20 min. drive up north)."

"Jealousy. When they see who my dad was, how rich my family is, realize that I'm a Made Man, see the fancy race car I drive and how I park it, see what a life-saver I am when people get seizures or hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia, etc.,.........they tend to attack me every which they can to drive me to the bottom of life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's not about the money!!! It's about serving people!! It's about quality assurance and treating people equally! Just because the rule says that a 15 minute break is given every 4 hours and a 1 hour break is given every 8 hours of work DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU CAN WORK A GUY/GIRL FOR 7.9999 HOURS AND GIVE THEM A 15 MINUTE BREAK IN BETWEEN!!!!"
