"I’ve worked for Pizza Hut a while on and off. It’s an okay job, maybe for high school students or college students, but it’s just not enough pay. The only person who really gets a big deal is the General Manager, they really don’t care to pay shift manager or managers under the general Manager which is the position i work in"

"Make sure that you are ready to be within a stressful environment. To be honest, I liked the job overall because the experience it gave me; however, often times I found myself leaving the store stressed to a maximum."
What don't you like about working at Pizza Hut?
"I didn't like working for the company with the understanding that there was little structure from within and made it stressful often times to control what was going on in the store."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure that you are not building friendships with your employees as it impacts the way that they respect you. When they think you are their friend, they think they should be able to get away with not doing the right things and often times leads to bigger problems."

"Working at Pizza Hut meant working in a fun fast paced atmosphere. You typically worked with some really good people just trying to make a dollar. The hourly employees sometimes became like a second family to each other."

"There was to much politics involved if you wanted a promotion. Talent and honesty did not seem to count for much."

"Do not forget the hourly employees are the ones that make a business successful. Treat them well and they will produce great results."
