"If you really looking for a temporary job it is ok to go for it, but if you are looking for a career it is not a good idea. There are lots of better paying opportunities out there for you unless you are applying for high positions and you already have four years degree in business, which will be a big help for this company."

What don't you like about working at Pizza Hut?

"Unfair pay. Lots of pressure from corporate office. Asking for impossible with limited weekly hours and team members to schedule. No meal break or rest break for RGM (Restaurant General Manager). Zero motivation to work and no appreciation for what you do from upper management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should pick up the potential employees from the team. There are lots of educated and experienced team members that can help the company to grow. The corporate office should stop talking and start listening to the team members. The smallest idea can grow real big, but there is not anyone to listen. Lots of great people quit because they realized they work for a corporation that upper management forgot where and how they started before, and how they get to their current positions. Team members, shift managers and store managers are the ones running the stores. It will be really nice for a while they listen to voices coming from down. No matter how big this company grows, they should remember possibilities come from any race, color, culture and religion. It is the team work and trust that can help any company to grow and be successful."
