"Depending on the position - be sure to fully understand the tasks of the job because so many mid to lower level staff shared their disappointment regarding their ability to effect change and the level of strategic input they would have."

What don't you like about working at Pizza Hut?

"I found that the long relationship between SWJ and Pizza Hut had its drawbacks. We had clients who were former SWJ employees who side-stepped processes and resisted change. I also found that some senior talent was lacking in courage and vision when it came to developing a vision for the future of client relationships and for the agency as a whole."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe a clear mission statement that's more than lip service would be helpful. A new business strategy is critical as well as a strategy for developing and growing existing client relationships."
