"Several VP and director level jobs were dissolved in January, unfortunately this included mine, prior to this I loved everything about PB."

"Stop the bleeding, the customer satisfaction rates are falling to levels I never thought I would see."

"I love working at Pitney Bowes/Goldman Sachs because I have learned a lot about being a CSR along with receptionist. This job requires many different hats and I think that has opened the window of opportunity to advance further."

"Keep in mind always that you work for Pitney Bowes/Goldman Sachs. This is a situation were you have lots of managers and lots of employees to please. Always no matter what any one says keep both companies top on your list, and you will do fine."
What don't you like about working at Pitney Bowes?
"We have unfortunately lost our contract global wide with Goldman Sachs, and even though they are partnering with CBRE the job seems very unstable. I would really like to know that a company has mine as well as the client's best interest in mind."

"To focus more on the clients, and less on their contracts. Even though I understand that you have to make money with money you still need to keep the clients at #1 status or they won't stay with your company in the future."
