"After the stock split and juice category fell short of goals, the environment changed and it was time for me to move on. Great people... I'll miss them all."

"It was a solid company with a lot of new systems to learn. They try to keep up with the new technologies, and that is good if you like to learn and stay up-to-date with the systems."

"You almost have to live on site and work extended hours when needed, and that is usually every day. It's good if you are single, but with family it is kind of hard."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They want to move the manager every three to five years or they will get stuck in the same position with no way to move up unless you are willing to move where they need you."

"I don't like swing shift. Health care benefits are not great, and there are management issues."

"Instead of degrading the employees, make them feel valued."

"It needs a total makeover. Allow people who have direct contact with their workers to make some decisions on who is allowed to be hired and released."

"If you are someone who only likes to focus on one area of the business, do not interview here. The great part of P&G is one works with all aspects of the business and needs to learn and relate to everyone's measurements."

"The company focuses more on how long someone has been with the company, rather than what one has achieved. If you have not spent your entire career at P&G, you are not eligible to move up."
