"After the stock split and juice category fell short of goals, the environment changed and it was time for me to move on. Great people... I'll miss them all."

"You almost have to live on site and work extended hours when needed, and that is usually every day. It's good if you are single, but with family it is kind of hard."

"They want to move the manager every three to five years or they will get stuck in the same position with no way to move up unless you are willing to move where they need you."
