"If you are someone who only likes to focus on one area of the business, do not interview here. The great part of P&G is one works with all aspects of the business and needs to learn and relate to everyone's measurements."

What don't you like about working at Procter & Gamble?

"The company focuses more on how long someone has been with the company, rather than what one has achieved. If you have not spent your entire career at P&G, you are not eligible to move up."

"I have worked at P&G for 5 years. They are a good company to work for with good benefits and amazing work-life balance. Some of the cons are they are slow-moving, and decisions are only made at upper-level management."
