"Relax. It's a calm environment without micromanaging. Make sure to prepare and know your stuff."

"There was no room for growth or advancement. I've been in the same position for 5 years. I'm not complaining, just hungry for growth."

"There's so much more to do. I would suggest more training and upgrades."

"If a temp is doing a good job, hire them permanently. They are not doing a good job just so they can stay a temp forever."

"I really like the environment and the flexibility I am given here. My supervisor is very understanding and does a great job in working with his team. Everyone here does a great job of working together, which I really appreciate."

"This is a great place to work, and if you are a full-time employee, you should be very happy for years to come."

What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?

"Being a temp limits the number of hours I can work, and there isn't really an opportunity for advancement at the moment. But if I was a full-time employee I would have no complaints whatsoever."

"Nothing that I can think of. Everyone seems to know their role and perform their duties admirably."
