The most positive aspect of working for Pearson has been the people, who are honestly committed to the future of our children. "It was an average place to work but the really crappy thing about this place is that you can be let go/ laid off with no notice. They are constantly doing re-orgs and it's honestly a very messy place to work if you're a manager or in a senior position. Corporate cut throat tactics at it's finest. Would I work here again Maybe. They'd have to pay me a lot. But I'd also make sure I had a back up plan cause being let go with no notice after 5 yrs was rough."
