"Too big and a lot of organizational restrictions. The company is ESOP and it makes hourly rates too expensive for competition limiting more job offers."

"There are very few interesting opportunities for engineers with my background. Basically, my time in college and other professional training have been a waste of time."

"I would move the company to do more work in the energy sector. Do a better job of matching people's skills with jobs."

"It's been difficult to follow through on opportunities, it's hard to find managers who are willing to take on new people to help with work. Very little directed challenge from superiors."
