"The lack of knowledge in most all employees, having to deal with Field Operations, because being that they have never been out there, they think that everything is textbook and there should be no hold-ups."

"I would give a much more stringent review, along with a series of tests, & I would also have several subject matter experts participate in the interview, and then get reports from all observers before consideration. Due to the fact that we waste too much money hiring unqualified people and then having to waste more money on another failing process."

"I suggest and wish, that Parsons management to hire the employees who have cashed their ESOP money (treated them as they claimed hardship) and allow them to have 401k after one year. If they agree with new plan, they may have once again hard working and experienced people joining to their engineering teams."

"Only reason to work for them is for the money, so negotiate well!"

What don't you like about working at Parsons?

"There is no company loyalty to the employees which they primarily hire on a per project basis. The company makes little effort to place current or former employees in other projects when their current project assignment ends. There is a huge disconnect between the employees out in the field on assignment and the corporate headquarters or local offices. You do the work, they overcharge the client and reap the profits and then discard you with no severance when your position ends - why should they? They can hire a new employee for less. Parsons has also been involved in several shady projects in Iraq, just as has Halliburton."

"Provide and nurture a relationship between their employees and the company. The company needs to show more loyalty to their employees and some concern for their future development and potential rather than perpetuating a revolving door mentality."
