I contributed a lot for the project from the very start namely: 1) Process Technology presentation to DOE with my process lead - Well accepted 2) Made several engineering presentations at 30%, 60%, Eng. completion 3) Made many Eng deliverable reviews, Modularization and Model reviews with DOE 4) Made many site trips and explained the plan of additional modifications and these were also well accepted by DOE & FFPO 5) The Bridge works (one total replacement, on expansion and a new Bailey Bridge) were also well accepted by the Client ie FFPO and DOE"

"I do not enjoy the project aspect of the organization and instability of employment after projects end."

"I would suggest management have more periodic town hall meetings with the employees to address and resolve concern that may be blocking productivity."
