"Excellent location with great benefits."
"The company has great talent but the industry is not very favorable in the current times due to the pandemic and impact on the airlines business."
"it is great place to work"
"I Have Worked At Panasonic For over 20 years learned alot of talent skills and have shared this with my team players and have made everyone on my team appreciated and raise their head and be proud of all your accomplishments."
"I really enjoyed this position and would like to remain at the company, with the exception of COVID-19 severely affecting their revenue."
"Great company to work for. Difficult industry (i.e. aviation). Pre-COVID, work life balance is rough, depending on your job. Compensation and benefits are above average. Technology is moving along but still behind on certain aspects vs. competitors. Overall, I'd recommend Panasonic Avionics Corporation to others!"
"I have worked for Panasonic Avionics for about 1 year 5 months. Panasonic Avionics as a company was in the process of Digital Transformation required a disruptive portfolio of outcome-based solutions and reinvention of the product management organization to enable innovative travel experiences for the airlines. My role as the product lead which was new to the company was to establish the transformative framework and principles to steer the product organization towards the best practices without derailing the customer expectations and commitments. Digital transformation is a massive work effort and I realized very soon in the process of understanding the company culture and the customer pulse on the products and services that were offered, that digital transformation is less about technology and more about the people. Technology implementation is feasible, but the company’s ability to adapt to an even more digital future depends on developing the next generation of skills, closing the culture gaps the transformation would bring in and future-proofing it. So, I periodically met with the teams who would drive the implementation pieces of the transformation efforts to evangelize the business objectives, and product management principles because Panasonic Avionics was traditionally a hardware company and the teams were hardwired with that view point for product management. My engagement with the teams was to also reinforce the product development process with a software/SaaS centric mindset. This approach was embraced well within the organization and I was able to contribute to the change the company had to go through to evolve from a customer solutions lead organization to a product lead organization."
"I worked for Panasonic for 5 plus years. It was a great environment and loved working with the people."
"I've worked for Panasonic Avionics for the last 6-years. The flight-entertainment technology is amazing and projects rather complex to handle. But, with passion, I handled and managed all aspect of project life cycle from conceptualization to implementation to closure, and ardent capability of operating cross-functionally to drive overall business deliverables. This company employees are around 5400 across the globe. Well respected IFEC company with 35 years of experience in this space. But at this time, they were hit the hardest and now going through a dire crisis."
"Good benefits but lack in professional management. Management mostly operates on nepotism and toxic working environment."
"Company's performance has declined over the last 4 years because of too many leadership changes. Increased costs and executives which did not have proven track record or knowledge made Panasonic as a company not viable for people who are motivated and want to do their job properly"
"Panasonic Avionics Corporation is a leader in designing, engineering, manufacturing, selling and installing customized in-flight entertainment and communications solutions to airlines worldwide. It is a very good place to work for where Employees values and contributions are recognized."
"Panasonic is really a great place to work."
"Fast moving projects. Pro active teammates."
