"I've been working for Panasonic for a long time. The company has a double standard where some employees are assigned more work than others while they're getting paid less. There's also a lot of office politics and incompetent people. Some of those incompetent people are assigned to be team leads where they do the least amount of work while everyone else in the group is working their butt off. Some managers don't know how to manage people since they cannot see when someone is overloaded."

"The company has been and still is growing very fast. This makes it difficult to define a distinct culture and it can create silos between groups and departments."

"Be more involved in the definition of the culture and goals by participating and setting the direction."

"Lack of overall process for the entire enterprise. Small division of Panasonic that generated a lot of revenue overnight - grew up too fast but we are getting there."

"Hire a COO to coordinate departmental silos and standardize business processes. Better communication between divisions."

"The product does not always live up to its standards. The customer calls all of the shots and nobody seems to stand up for the company. It seems that poor performers are only held accountable twice a year, at mid-year and end of year performance reviews. Anything that happens in between is just Documented"

"Review the customer contract every 24 months. Work with the customer to make changes according to customer needs without sacrificing the company's quality and resources."
