"I have worked with Panasonic Avionics Corporation since May 2013. Excellent company, excellent team, great work environment!!"
"I've worked for Panasonic for about two years now. I must say it is a very good company. However, I feel their model of working in the engineering department is not suited for IT and Network Engineering individuals."
"I've worked for Panasonic Avionics since 2011."
"Panasonic has a lot to offer and was great in the beginning. Due to some changes in upper management during the past few years, things seemed to change and moral seemed to go down. It was not the same company that I originally started working for. I saw changes that I did not fundamentally agree with. Overall, there are still many positives, almost 8 years later it was time for me to move on."
"I have worked for Panasonic Avionics Corporation in three-month internship program. I have found really good culture and working environment in the company. My co-worker and supervisor are all pretty nice to me. I really enjoyed working there and learned the technical skills there."
"I've been working for Panasonic for a long time. The company has a double standard where some employees are assigned more work than others while they're getting paid less. There's also a lot of office politics and incompetent people. Some of those incompetent people are assigned to be team leads where they do the least amount of work while everyone else in the group is working their butt off. Some managers don't know how to manage people since they cannot see when someone is overloaded."
"Started at 2011. The company is generally good to work for but the work life balance was very poor.I had to leave the company because the job required too much travel."
"Great company, highly competitive. Good benefit. A pressure cooker."
