"Good organized company. Times are different now, since it became DHL. My days were chaotic."

"When it was Exel Global, long-hours were expected. Pay was adequate. Since I did the hiring, I had a good staff"

"Distribution and Operations was consolidated. My division was relocated to Georgia and Chicago."

"I wish they would have kept my division in Bridgeport. I loved that job. The best job I ever had."

"Nothing after they bought Watkins. Watkins I like everything about the company."

"They didn't treat the people right, they layed off a lot of people."

"Rhodia was a challenge daily and very rewarding in training the Operators and helping to change the plant culture."

"My suggestion would be for Management to listen to employee suggestions and include them in some plant decisions as allowable."

"I enjoyed the people within the environment and the company did look after its people but was short on foresight to the markets and therefore closed down. My results above reflect that it is now closed."
