"I want a more professional, respectable career at this time. I appreciate everything the company has done for me so far, but the advancement is very limited and I want to further my career forward."

"Keep up the good work. The management team has great teamwork and cares about their positions."

What do you like about working at Aerotek?

"I had very good people there at Aerotek to work for. Anytime I had a problem with my workers, we sat down and talked about any issue I had. I was in charge of eighty people there at Colorox. What they did was made cat litter there. We sat a record there for most production in a month. The only way they could meet this goal, was to have my people on their team. We ran 89%- 98%. For five months straight that is when our contract was up. They wanted me to come back and run another contract for them, But I wanted a full time job, Not a temp job. I wanted to work full time for them. But they just wanted me to run another contract for them. So I said no."

What don't you like about working at Crothall?

"The environment and way they work. Kind of behind in process, procedures and latest technologies."

What do you like about working at AGS Solutions?

"I was able to keep up with everything that was needed to be done and still had ability to direct improvement projets."

What don't you like about working at AGS Solutions?

"Did not have a sense of ownership over anything. My ideas were not considered as viable solutions to problems."

"The workers were a very dedicated bunch of people which I had great respect for."

"Owner of company was in California and there was no direct communication with him. I reported to a consulting firm that was hired by the owner."

"It was a rewarding place to work because of our mission and because of our people."
