"The industry was expanding as was the company."

"Understand the industry and question the hiring manager fully about the culture of the company as a whole and the business unit you would be assigned too. All too often the business unit culture differs somewhat from the company vision and values."

What don't you like about working at Iron Mountain Digital?

"Employee accountability varied wildly from those at the entry level up to mid and senior level managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more approachable; know and understand the work that your subordinates perform at a level that would enable you to perform the same job adequately."

"I liked the opprotunities for growth and the challenges to make the company more effective and efficient."

What don't you like about working at The Anderson News?

"I was unhappy a first when the company was bought out by Anderson News because they had been our competors for so many years but quickly adapted to their business practices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they listen more to the persons who are in the trenches actually performing the duties."

"I enjoyed my work at ACCUMA but I did not like the constant traveling from plant to plant."

What do you like about working at Accuma?

"I liked being a part of making improvements, seeing the facilities growing and planning the future."

What don't you like about working at Accuma?

"I did not like traveling every week between NC and NE. Did not like corporate's lack of interest in hiring managers for either facility."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would like for them to understand the need for a fixed plant or production manager in their facilities as it is very difficult to manage plants on the road, by email or by phone."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Stay below the radar with new owner and you may keep your job for a while."

What don't you like about working at Lilydale?

"New owner recently acquired Lilydale Inc. Abrupt illogical changes being made not conducive to most employees. Disregard for VP's and immense constraints put on their decision making powers. Being treated like kids with a (small) allowance to spend. It's absurd."

What do you like about working at The Great Voice Co.?

"I was able to work independently and make decisions affecting the efficiency and growth of the company."

What don't you like about working at The Great Voice Co.?

"Owner spent too much if the companies money on personal business affecting the bottom line and growth potential."

What do you like about working at Atlanta Executive Jet Center?

"The owners and co wokers and I shared a great relationship.It was very hard on all of us when the company had to go out of business and still is.The company was in business for over 18 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give me a chance with your organization and I will prove to you that I will go above and Beyond to get the job done!"

What don't you like about working at Convergys?

"That it was an outsourcing company and company closed and business was re-directed to India."

What do you like about working at Pacific Pulmonary Services?

"I loved my staff. We had a great relationship. We worked well together. We were very successful meeting company goals."

"Do not do it."

"There was no training. There was very little support. There was no loyalty."

"Dig in. There is alot going on that is unnoticed and unethical."
