"Know exactly what this company can offer you in the long run, if this matches what you are looking for then go for it, if not, realize that this can be a stepping stone for something better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management doesn't have a in the trench approach, when in comes to delegation. Some things cannot be accurately measured by a number. Upper management should actually work in the stores a couple of days to really see how things happen."

"I guess not being able to help everyone. You want to help the customers but sometimes you just cannot find a certain product for them."
