"It is nice to be the head of such a great thing as is an operation in any area. It is great being responsible of the good things created, made, elaborated and developed in the operation. Same way it is pretty hard to have the guilt of all the bad things that could happen during the processes. But it is part of the job, besides, there are more good than bad things. Lead a team and feel the pride of success is such an amazing thing, like the satisfaction of good team work."
