"Primarily management of my department and the overall instability due to multiple acquistions."

"They should minimize the internal mirco-managing which tends to slow the process and negatively impact moral."

"No suggestions. Management communicated well with our departments and what our responsibilities were on a weekly basis"

"Ask how long the Irvine office will be kept open. Possibility of job moving to Canada."

"The location. It is a 40 plus mile drive one way from my house to work."

"Continue the open door policy that creates great bridges of communication."

"Good company to work for, lots of internal problems at the local branch, but overall it was a great place to work. I would recommend working there to anyone. They offer great benefits but the restrictions on phone usage was ridiculous. The fact that this is a Canadian company operating in the US made opportunities for local branch management to run poorly. The employees were great however and made working there enjoyable. The regional managers were easy to work for and all around good guys."
