"The owner was a previous customer of mine while I was in escrow. I retired from escrow. The bottom fell out of everything and I had to go back to work. The Owner of Copper Rose created a position for me. I will always be grateful to her for that."

"Be yourself. The owner is very perceptive. She can read people like a book."

"I was not free to manage the office or make decisions as I deemed necessary. I had to run it by her first. When it came to Admin. payroll, employee relations and HR she let me handle all of that on my own."

"Management needs to put more trust in her employees. Everyone is afraid to do anything without her ok."
