What do you like about working at Nordstrom?

"It's fun. I love my coworkers, but some of the managers are unrealistic and cause a lot of stress for their team."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you do your research, because they like for you to know about the company, and make sure you are friendly and outgoing and good with customer service."

What don't you like about working at Nordstrom?

"It's just some of the managers are overbearing, and micro-manage, and sometimes it is very stressful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would be more specific with my employees and make sure to assign projects that can definitely get completed in one day. Also, I would not hold them accountable for others' mistakes, and I would make sure everyone is getting treated equally. And I would never try to rush my employees to do a project that I waited to the last minute to assign."
