"I've worked since 1999 at NSN and it's a great company. It's why I stayed 14 years in the same company. High level management put in place an environment which allows us to give our best. Salary is nice and there are bonuses each time we win a new deal because of customer satisfaction. I recommend this company."

"Management swayed with the breeze and didn't seem to stick to a strategy for very long. Initially, a lot of flexibility was given to US operations. Over time, there was more micromanaging from outside of the US."

"It was too bureaucratic, and strategy decisions were made in a central location for all product lines."

"Diversify technologies and decisions to the local markets, and stop trying to cut development cost. A company grows to be profitable; it does not cut expenses to be profitable."
