What do you like about working at Nokia?

"I was just happy to get out of that place. There was not one positive, outside of the high pay."

"Stay away. They will use you for what they need, and get rid of you with no warning, with no concern for you as a person."

What don't you like about working at Nokia?

"This was one of the worst cultures I have ever experienced. More interest in covering your ass, and making sure you can throw someone underneath you under the bus."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Rethink the entire strategy of how your company operates. You will have to replace many of the managers there."
