"Compensation is very poor considering that I, myself is an experienced employee when I applied here. Career growth also is low."

"The team I worked with. The Customers I was responsible for. Upper managers that listened to what the employee had to say."

"Ask pointed questions about the function you will be preforming."

"The line level manager whose management still was to micromanage. This still went out in the fifties. The lack of even distribution of new projects, it always went to the fair haired boy under the guise that they get it done. How would you know if you never give it to any one but them."

"Pick you line level managers with great care. Satisfied employees can and will drive customer satisfaction through the roof."

"As of the last 15 years, the upper management has no clue what it takes to be a World Class organization. So, it was a great place to earn money while working another, easy part-time gig for extra cash. Supervisors at NCR have no clue how to measure one's achievements or goals. Corrective action for inferior employees is no existent."

"Promotions, merit increases, accolades, etc., go to brown-nosing, Yes men/women rather than individuals that really know how to run a B/U or specific division."
