The hours worked were extensive. 60-70 hours all on call. was a little rough for my family as I worked all hours of the day and some into the late evening. the pay was okay, and they gave me a vehicle. "Occasionally, the equipment fails or gets slow. Credit should always be given where credit is due because this"

"Respect the employees more. Credit should always be given where credit is due. By doing this, the employee becomes proud and strives harder to meet company and personal goals within the companies vision."

"It could not be denied that people sometimes have different objectives and sometimes you have to accept the fact that there will be a time when you wont be on the same page."

"It would be good if sometimes the management reaches out to the individual not as an employee but as a person or rather as a friend or brother."

"I do not think I was there long enough to find things that I didnt like"

"Large corporation was a little difficult to deal with due to long communication lines and various offices to deal with."

"Company sold the division and eliminated there involvement with the market."

"There is a lot of equipment that I can work on and able to expand my knowledge"

"There isn't any room for growth and they do not help or offer you help to get to a higher position"

"Management is unorganized and they don't communicate therefore I have to initiate more than I need to"
