"Management is largely un- or under- qualified. Six Sigma fosters an environment of yes men who have little to no understanding of their industry or job requirements."

"The people. Everyone was willing to help each other. Since news production was very fast paced and many things could go wrong at any time, we had to really look out for each other."

"The professional atmosphere in general is very comforting and the company is constantly training and preparing their employees for new challenges."

"At this point there is very little I didn't like except maybe that starting positions don't often have a contract with the company but come in through a temp agency."

"A closer regulation and review of the temporary staff through their employing company can yield to future talent that is experienced and loyal to NBC."
