1.8 Horrible place to work, I've never seen so much discrimination and machoism in a work place. They don't care at all about their people, no matter how much money you make them. I've never seen a lazier bunch of people either, I think that's how they stay there though, anyone that made a complaint would get terminated rather than the ones who discriminated.

3.9 I've worked at NBC Entertainment as a contractor for more than a year. I love the environment. It is a great company. I am very glad that I have the opportunity to work with many creative people. But I also look for a career growth. It is a world-class company, but the rules are extremely strict, and a lot of creative people don't have much freedom to explore new and innovative ways to improve, and they don't have much opportunity to grow with their skills or any other professional skills.

4.5 NBC was a great experience for me as a contractor. My only problem is that you can only be a full time contractor for a year. Other than that it was a great place to work with, a great group of professionals. They like to promote from within, which I think is a good thing. Even though I was a contractor, it never felt like it.
