"They only sent me out on the field once. I had to answer consumer hotline calls and solve viewer's consumer problems. I graduated with a B.S. in television production/journalism and wanted to get some more experience in that area - not being a mediator."

"Let the interns experience all aspects of the company and work in different departments. I did not request to be in the consumer Alert Department, but they placed me there."
