"Do not interview for positions in the Pension, Eligibility, or Contribution departments, as most employees are unhappy and conditions there are unlikely to change. Interview for positions in Claims, Customer Service or Specialty Claims departments, as those employees seem to be happier."

What don't you like about working at Motorola Solutions?

"Customer phone service, lack of equitable treatment from management, too many projects, not enough time to complete projects, expectations of management are unrealistic; uncaring, blaming attitude of management, keeping track (time-consuming) of too many metrics."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put yourself in the shoes of the employees, stop creating more and more measures of metrics, stop having unrealistic expectations, ask clients to compromise on turnaround times for projects."
