A lot of projects to work on. But as a big, established company, sometimes it tends to stick with a hierarchical management style and would take a lot to get new ideas and solutions adopted. Also, the lack of personal career growth opportunities in some places."

"The culture, the history of the company is the shaping of our world through communications technology, the excitement around the product portfolios, the apparent change as new leaders with creative ideas aimed to shift the historically conservative mix and overall the evolution of the products. It was amazing to see how concepts turned into prototypes and then ended up in the hands of the consumer."

"Motorola had been an industry leader since inception in the late 1920's and unfortunately for them, new competitors entered the marketplace and shifted the paradigm of what it meant to compete in the mobile business. With rapidly evolving market dynamics, it's important for companies to understand this as a great benefit and a real threat against the old way of doing things. I would've liked to have seen Motorola evolve in a way similar to the technology they sell."

"Don't fear chance, consider everything as something, listen to the people on the ground and constantly communicate with all levels of the organization."
