It seems that upper management had given up on this place, selling units instead of optimizing and finding ways to grow. Employee stock purchase plan is great. Gym in office is OK. Location of job is great."

Company's radio products are becoming cookie cutter variety. Staff engineers do not listen to ideas from younger engineers. Mired in the politics of survival, MSI is in a slow death spiral because of its leadership's take the money and run mindset."

"There is not much I did ont like about This company. I guess the fact that I got laid off. Thjey did away witrh a lot of the incentives they gave for working hard."

"Go back to the reward plans that were there when I first worked there."

"Company was innovative while we brought in the iDEN phones. Great team to work with, had a wonderful 14 year experience where I was able to grow and expand my experience."

"Be energetic, its a good place to work but not sure how much longer will be available due to the incumbent sale to Google."

"When the company expanded around the world we lost a little bit of the team feeling."

"I would have maintain the team intact at the facility instead of dispersing it around the world. I understand that the economic times forces companies to do so, but when we first started and we were all in the same building the camaraderie was great."
