"Mortgage processing has been an enjoyable career path. Working with customers to complete the loan process and acquire required documents is second nature and has become easy to me. The only downside has been the software used hasn't really been updated as quickly as maybe it should."
"I enjoy being a loan processor, but I miss the one on one relationships I was able to have while being a loan officer/account executive.As processor it's not really up to, the underwriter has final say, closers can delay process, and loan officers start the ball rolling and set expectations."
"This position was different from any other that I had previously held in the mortgage industry. I loved working with the appraisers and learning about a different aspect of the industry."

"The company staff all worked as a team. They were very flexible with dress code, and working with you when time off was needed and making the time up."

"Was not informed that after a year's service, was not eligible for a vacation."

"To keep the goals realistic and to offer a minimum week's vacation after a year"
