"I have worked for Mitsubishi International since 2016. The company has a strong ethical philosophy, which it reinforces with monthly reviews. Teamwork is encouraged. However, since it is a Japanese-owned firm with approximately 60% of the employees working as ex-pats, there can be challenges with face-to-face communication due to the language barriers."
"An excellent company that does great work in the power generation industry. The company consists of multiple disciplines and probably has a place for everyone. The company is very organized and efficient with its work and has good management. The company also provides excellent benefits and compensation. However, this might not be the best place for someone who is very ambitious and wants to move up, move horizontally, and do more work than just following standards. There's little room for pure design/engineering work or coming up with your own solutions."
"Great environment! Worked as a team!"
"Good place to work. I have learned a lot while working here."
"Company relocated its Headquarters to Tennessee, which is a big bummer, but my overall experience was pleasant"
"A good place to grow as an intern. A lot to learn, from CMM to quality check-ups. As an intern, I have learned a lot from working with my supervisors. This is a good environment especially for entry-level graduates."
"Mitsubishi is an old traditional business looking to make changes and innovate its business practices"
"Pros: The pay was good and the benefits were good for an automotive company. There were also good people who were manager level and below. Kind, generous and honest people. Cons: Lack of honesty, no trustworthiness, no integrity in many of the director-level positions, unfortunately. No autonomy to do what you think is right. No budget and no employees hired to assist in doing the work. Unreal expectations on the growth of a very challenging brand - especially with the lack of man/woman power and budget."
"Great company. Has a family atmosphere, and they are very understanding. Somewhat difficult to be promoted and a lot of hours is the draw back. Especially for technicians or new engineers."
"it's really good to work in different atmosphere, different culture, different challenge"
"The General Manager Rasool Rastgoo is also a part owner of this store, that is part of a 7 store group. Rasool is a joy to work with, however the group as a whole is completely top heavy. I had to report to the GM, COO, CFO, an Accounting Coordinator, two Fixed Operation Managers, and Mr. Bahktieri who is the owner. All of these people wanted things done differently and at the same time. The employees are amazing!"
"I’ve worked with the company for 2 years and enjoy the most the flexibility, working environment, and growth opportunities."
"My journey at Mitubishi Electric Automotive started as a co-op then to a process engineer for a year. It was a good company, with really understanding and caring leadership."
"Its a great company to work for, especially if one wants to do research."
"It's great place to place to work, however, new management is very unprofessional and unskilled."
