"Right now I work shift work with two young kids, so I miss a lot of holidays & ballgames."

"I would suggest that they invest in the quality people they have on site."

"It was great before the new manager took over the machining operations. I really liked working for Dave Lester and Jay Bonidy."

"Don't waste your time, wages are going down, Higher wage employees are being forced out. The bonuses are gone, benefits are non existent. It was great when the Japanese had control. As soon as an American COO took over. Bonuses went into his pocket."

What don't you like about working at Mitsubishi?

"The manager likes to scream at and berate his employees. Management and HR will do nothing to control him. I would rather live on the streets than ever work for him again."

"Management needs to be cleaned out from top to bottom"

"Minimal Supervision, They gave free food, The work environment was nice"

"They would call me a Mexican is a very discriminative way"
