"It was great before the new manager took over the machining operations. I really liked working for Dave Lester and Jay Bonidy."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't waste your time, wages are going down, Higher wage employees are being forced out. The bonuses are gone, benefits are non existent. It was great when the Japanese had control. As soon as an American COO took over. Bonuses went into his pocket."

What don't you like about working at Mitsubishi?

"The manager likes to scream at and berate his employees. Management and HR will do nothing to control him. I would rather live on the streets than ever work for him again."

"Management needs to be cleaned out from top to bottom"
