"NOTHING THERE WAS NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY"

"MANAGEMENT WAS VERY COOPERATIVE WITH THE RANK AND FILE WORKERS"

"It was a great place to work with great people from the bottom all the way to the CEO. A company that treats their employees with respect and dignity. I loved the fact that I was able to utilize all my automotive management experience to the fullest."

"Be upfront with them and just be yourself."

What don't you like about working at Mitsubishi?

"The fact that the company was not really growing when I worked there and quite the opposite it was restructuring and downsizing which led my departure prematurely in 2006."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suspect that they are doing the right things as they are still in business in North America and have avoided bankruptcy like GM and Chrysler."

"seemed as management didn't have a good handle on production"

"care about the company a littler better and not just getting the car out the door"

"broad span of activities within manufacturing, with customers, with regulatory agencies. Enjoyed the fact that I was widely regarded as the most comprehensively talented person in the facility, and was given the opportunity to utilize those talents."

"Be demonstrative of willingness to work with Japanese culture."

"In the final analysis, the only opinions that really counted were those of the Japanese."
